Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting efforts for the network, will partner with internal and external stakeholders in a hyper-growth environment. The individual in the role will partner with functional leadership teams to support strategic and operational hiring efforts and provide detailed analysis and insight into recruiting performance. The role requires a high degree of self-motivation, integrity, tenacity, and an ability and desire to be a proud ambassador of Sony Pictures Networks.

Responsibilities:

  • – Partner with stakeholders to facilitate a strategic, effective, and efficient recruiting process
  • – Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning and sourcing to candidate assessment and offers negotiations
  • – Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and like to attract qualified candidates
  • – Recruit effectively to continually improve on KPIs/metrics and industry benchmarks
  • – Function as in-house consultant and subject matter expert in recruitment and staffing
  • – Effectively support multiple clients’ needs and manage against tight hiring deadlines for business-critical roles
  • – Conduct various types of analytics to support the business operations, develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance
  • – Demonstrate good knowledge in a variety of technology concepts, practices, and procedures; specifically, technologies around digital sales, digital marketing, and analytics
  • – Enable and foster a high-performance culture through internal and cross-group initiatives, morale events, and lead cross-team projects to optimize organizational performance and morale
  • – Should have good knowledge about the latest social media technologies.

Qualifications

  • – The individual must have 6-10 years of experience in recruitment
  • – Past experience with full life cycle recruiting in fast paced organization is highly desired
  • – Strong Excel and PowerPoint expertise desired
  • – Excellent command over communication & interpersonal skills
  • – Hands on experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter, IIMJOBS, Naukri and SuccessFactors
